Marcel PA9M pointed me to the MCHF, QRP SDR trx, so I ordered the MCHF kit fom the UK .
The shipment took about one week to receive.
For building the MCHF kit you need some SMT soldering skills, practical RF skills and computer knowledge.
The building until a unit that was functional took me several evenings. Not all the parts where included, for example I need to order the finals for the PA and a enclosure.
Things as microphone power connector, turning knobs where also not in the package.
